Terms and Conditions Winboc – Platform User Guide

1Membership Eligibility

To register and use the Winboc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old or the legal age under your local laws, whichever is higher.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in a geographic region where the use of Winboc services is legally prohibited or restricted.
• Have not previously closed an account voluntarily through a self-exclusion programme or been banned by Winboc for any reason.

Winboc reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity, age, or address for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

2Account Registration & Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the Winboc platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same name, IP address, phone number, or financial details is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of any existing balances.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your Winboc account password and login credentials confidential. Winboc will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported a compromise to us.

Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Winboc reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests or suspend accounts if discrepancies are found between the registered details and the verification documents submitted. You are required to update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

3Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Winboc supports a variety of local payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the platform's Deposit section.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Deposit section of the platform and is subject to change from time to time.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the Winboc platform.
• Winboc does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via supported payment methods.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet held in the registered member's name.
• Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Winboc reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and five business days under exceptional circumstances.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Winboc offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new member.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Winboc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies specifically designed to manipulate bonus conditions, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Credited bonus value cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been met.

5Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Winboc platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by recognised independent testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any form of manipulation.

Winning Terms

• Winnings obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of automated software (bots), exploitation of system bugs, or player collusion, are void and subject to forfeiture.
• In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, Winboc reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet to the player.
• Winboc's server decisions are final in all disputes relating to game outcomes.
• Winboc is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions or device failures on the player's end.

6Accepted Member Conduct

• Any form of fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of a Winboc representative.
• Attempts to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt Winboc's systems and technical infrastructure.
• Use of third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Involvement in money laundering activities or assisting others in conducting illegal activities through the Winboc platform.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Winboc reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time with or without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the Winboc support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible remaining balance will be refunded via the original deposit method within the stipulated timeframe. Uncompleted bonus conditions will be automatically forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

For members who need a break from gaming, Winboc offers a self-exclusion option for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and no promotions or marketing communications will be sent to you.

8Privacy & Data Protection

9Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

Winboc will endeavour to keep the platform running without interruption, but cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical errors, maintenance downtime, or issues beyond our control.

Winboc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, data loss, or business disruption.

Winboc's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Winboc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations or where immediate legal compliance is required.

Continued use of the Winboc platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent jurisdiction. The official language of these terms is Bahasa Melayu; in the event of any inconsistency in translations to other languages, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
